Highland Park 14 Year Old Mjolner 700ml (Single Malt Scotch Whisky)

This 14 Year Old Highland Park single malt scotch whisky is an Australian Exclusive Release with hand selected casks for the restaurant and bar Mjølner. Bottled at 56.6% and with just 1731 bottles this is a great item for the collectors. Matured in first-fill Sherry seasoned European Oak casks, first-fill and refill Sherry seasoned American Oak casks.
On the nose you will find rum soaked raisins, stewed figs, smoke, charred pineapple, salted butter, with a honey sweetness. The palate has toffee, stewed dark fruits, poached pears, spice and a hint of vanilla. The finis is delicately smoked, with toasted oak, clove, cinnamon and nutmeg.
