Fruit for the 2021 vintage was sourced from some of the oldest low cropping Riverina blocks were blended with fruit from the King Valley, Yarra Valley & Alpine Valley. Ideal climates for growing premium Sauvignon Blanc.

Wine making techniques included fermentation at elevated temperatures and fermentation with solids. These techniques improve texture and softness without sacrificing varietal expression. Wine was left on yeast lees 'Sur lie' for 3 months prior to blending. Winery Notes
