Nose:
The delicate and creamy sweet butterscotch aroma hits you first, followed but a hints of toffee and vanilla. A warmth washes across you as the smell of nutmeg and cinnamon take you deeper. Pineapple and citrus are evident as well, bringing a freshness and rich chocolatey notes.

Palate:
What a stunning mouth feel, butterscotch creaminess cut through by flavours of lemon zest and sweet pineapple. It's a big burst of flavour, with a meatiness brought on by the worm tub method which works beautifully with the vanilla flavours that meet so perfectly on the palate. Cinnamon is certainly here as well as pepper.

Finish:
The oils leave a smoothness in the mouth that is so great, it leaves you wanting more... much more. The oak raises it's head at this point, but only mildly along with hazelnut. What a memory this will leave you with.
