The Capa Single Vineyard Tempranillo 2017 is a clear deep ruby-purple colour. Clean and distinguished aromas of black cherries and blueberry jam. These berry jam flavours attack the palate with juiciness getting smoothed out with light vanilla and delicate milk chocolate and roasted java bean. On the palate the wine is dry, full-bodied with firm but ripe velvety tannins and a long finish.

Capa Collection is a wonderful way to experience new wines. The grapes used for the Capa Single Vineyard Tempranillo 2017 come from a single vineyard located in the heart of El Provencio, Spain. This vineyard was chosen for this wine due to the high quality of grape clusters found. The climate is continental meaning that the vineyards are exposed to freezing cold winters sometime resulting in a thin blanket (una capa) of snow. During the summers the vineyards are exposed to very warm and dry conditions with very little precipitation ensuring concentrated ripe fruit.
