Bethany Shiraz 2014
Deep vibrant red black in colour. The nose displays the characters of a classic Barossa Shiraz; with lifted aromas of blackberries, ripe plums and dark forest fruits matched by hints of earthiness and spice. The palate is elegant yet full flavoured whilst the lingering finish is a delightful blend of varietal fruit, spicy overtones and restrained oak characters.

Picked from hand pruned Estate grown vines along the Eastern edge of the Barossa Ranges this wine displays all the classic characteristics one expects from a premium Barossa Shiraz. Winery Notes
"Barossa shiraz presented in fresh, flavoursome form. It’s not heavy or dense but it has power. It showcases plum and ground coffee flavours, touched with earth and rust-like character, and finishes with a juicy burst of blackberried flavour. The back label mentions ‘black forest fruits’ and that’s not a bad call. Almost into black forest cake territory, but with ground spice and earth notes. Dry, integrated tannin curls through the finish. Neat and tidy Barossa. 90 POINTS Campbell Mattinson - Wine Front
