Blood and Sand Cocked Ale is based on the eponymous cocktail. This re-release from Sailors Graves offers a pale and creamy beer partially aged in Lark Whisky barrels and then blended with beer aged on sour & sweet cherries and blood lime.

The Sailors Grave crew traveled down to their mates at Lark Distillery and brought back 4 specially selected whisky barrels . The blood and sand cocktail is said to be named after Rudolph Valentinos's 1922 bullfighter movie Blood and Sand, and later reappeared in the classic 1930's Savoy cocktail book.
